Each step in the production process is equally important to the end result. The fabric that we are calling “Diane” is similar to linen and we chose it for the very soft diffusion of light it procures. A black fabric trimming work around the shade is echoing the black metal frame which surrounds it

- As soon as we receive your order, your personalized designer lamp shade will be produced and dispatched within 3 business days.
- According to the nature of our business, we are taking a lot of care in our packaging and we have been using Blue Dart as our logistic partners for more than ten years. They know the fragility of our products and handle it efficiently and with care.
- Your order will be door delivered at your place anywhere in India, the delivery time will vary from 2 to 6 working days according to the distance from Pondicherry.
- We request you to inspect the product as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event that your product is delivered in damaged condition, you should email us on email@example.com with some pictures showing the damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Our team will assess the nature of the complaint and if genuine, we will propose you a replacement of the broken part or a complete replacement of the product.
- Atelier Lumys will arrange pick up of the damaged product at your place with our courier partner Blue Dart.
- Product should be properly packed for the return journey in order to avoid further damages during transportation back to our workshop.
- New product or replacement parts will be sent to you within 3 business days after receiving your request.
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns if a customer has changed his/her mind after the delivery has taken place.
